Full programme payment upfront
Payment of the full cost of your booking in one go. You can make this payment directly as you complete the programme application on our website. Alternatively, you can make payment within three (3) working days from the time you receive your acceptance letter admitting you into the programme.
This plan requires a non-refundable deposit of USD$300 followed by instalments paid monthly up to one (1) month before the programme start date. Your programme fees should be paid up in full a minimum of thirty (30) days before your programme start date.
Choosing this payment plan incurs a fee of USD$100 and this fee is split equally across all your instalments.
This plan requires a non-refundable deposit of USD$300 upfront followed by the remaining balance in full one (1) month before your program start date. Each of our programmes starts on the first Monday of each month and so the last date you can make payment is rounded to the end of the month closest to your programme start date.
This payment plan incurs a fee of USD$200, which is added on to your final balance due.
PAYMENTS DUE DATES
Payment is expected on one of two dates each month & these are; the 15th and the 25th of each month. You as the participant choose which you prefer & communicate your preference to your Placement Advisor. However, failure to choose and communicate your chosen date results in the 15th of each month being your default payment date. On the due date your payment card will be charged automatically. Should you be paying by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) then your payment will become due on the payment due date.
Failure to make payment on your payment due date will incur a late payment fee of USD$45. Should your payment not be received within seven (7) days of your payment due date, Tiritose Sustainable Travel reserves the right to cancel your programme placement & revoke your acceptance, without refund.
